Please login or create an account in order to register for the sessions you would like to attend by clicking the "Add to Sched" button beside each session. Once you have selected your sessions click on "Saved to my Sched" (bottom left) to have your personal schedule emailed to you.
Each session will be offered via Teams, Zoom or BigBlueButton depending on the speaker preference. The meeting links for each session are included with each session after you register. Simply visit the session link when it is time to attend and click on the icon to join the event.
Don’t forget to add your registered sessions to your Outlook calendar.

TRU People & Culture (Human Resources) is using Sched to manage TRU PD Week registration. Sched is an online event registration tool. Thompson Rivers University (TRU) collects, uses, discloses and retains personal information in compliance with the BC Freedom of Information and Protection of Privacy Act (FIPPA). Any personal information collected through the Sched platform is permitted under section 26(c) of the FIPPA. Registration through Sched is voluntary. Please be aware that IP addresses, event responses and personal email addresses (if supplied in place of a business email address) will be collected by Sched and stored and accessed from outside of Canada. Sched will take reasonable steps to protect your personal information as set out in their Privacy Policy.
By creating an account with Sched, you are consenting to your personal information being stored outside Canada. Your consent is effective as soon as you create an account.
